CNC Multi-Spindle Operator - Will Train

CNC Multi-Spindle Operator Responsibilities: Operate multi-spindle, twin turret/twin spindle and triple turret/twin spindle lathes Follow detailed operating instructions with minimal supervision Competency in blueprint reading with a firm grasp on interpreting GD&T Possess a solid understanding of G-code and have the ability to make program modifications on the shop floor Communicate clearly with the team including managers, operators, and quality control Perform timely, detailed visual inspections of machined parts to identify functional and cosmetic issues throughout the duration of a job Carry out routine preventative maintenance and tooling maintenance Display high attention to detail and integrity while performing all job functions Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED CNC Operator experience preferred (not required) Knowledge of blueprint reading and a working knowledge of Geometric tolerancing and calculating Knowledge of mathematical formulas used to calculate product dimensioning Knowledge and skill with gauges and other quality measuring equipment Must be able to read work instructions, quality documents, and other pertinent written material Qualifications listed are preferred, but not required Wages will be determined based on a candidate's proficiency in the qualifications listed above, as well as their ability to independently execute each job function Schedules (alternative schedules may be discussed): 1st Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm, M-F Training schedule may vary. 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-1:00am, M-F 25% shift differential Training schedule may vary.
