Position Overview:Adecco is assisting a leading construction solutions provider Our client is seeking a highly driven, sales-focused professional with a passion for building and expanding strategic relationships. This role demands a "hunter" mentality to drive revenue growth, actively penetrate key accounts, and deliver impactful sales solutions within specific markets or territories. You will focus on identifying and developing high-value sales opportunities, serving as a consultative partner, and generating long-term value for assigned accounts.This position requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution skills. Successful candidates will combine sales acumen, industry insight, and a strong understanding of customer needs. Relationship building at all levels, from buyers and project managers to executives, will be crucial.Travel Requirements:Overnight travel is required up to 50-75% of time.
