Description: Accord Carton is searching for a highly motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of electro-mechanical equipment. You will use your skills to diagnose problems, ensure efficient operation, and minimize downtime. This position will work the 5pm - 5am shift.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including robotics, automated processing, equipment, and HVAC/refrigeration systems.Respond to service calls and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to identify root causes.Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance longevity.Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.Use hand and power tools, meters, and other diagnostic equipment to perform repairs.Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.Requirements:
Associate degree in a technical field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or repair.Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.Experience with hand and power tools, meters, and other diagnostic equipment (preferred).Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits & PerksCompetitive salary and benefit package.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Gain experience with a variety of equipment and technologies.Be part of a team that is committed to excellence.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
