Route Driver
DocuVault is adding to our team and we are in need of a Route Driver for our Archive-Storage Team. As a DocuVault driver, you will have the responsibility of servicing our client's needs daily.
Responsibilities
:
On average there are 20-25 stops per day for this route consisting of transporting secured documents from client locations daily.Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment.Drivers will be responsible for loading and unloading their own truck consisting of files, boxes, etc. and Pickup and Delivery of archival materialsReport vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage before and after routeEnsures compliance with applicable federal and/ or state laws, regulations and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelinesRepetitive lifting of and average weight of 50 poundsAbility to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Customer service is our 1st priorityServices accounts using a hand-held device to confirm serviceEnsures that vehicles are cleaned and organized at all times in accordance with company guidelinesConducts daily check-in with Operations Manager to review route completion and efficienciesComplete and maintain DOT logs when applicable and all necessary paperwork accurately as required by company policyUnderstand and implement all Corporate policies and procedures that impact job responsibilityMaintain a safe workplace and follow all safety requirements as outlined in corporate policies and performs mandated daily safety and preventative maintenance checks on truckQualifications
Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and valid Driver's LicenseAvailable to work during these hours: Monday through Friday

(depending on route time)Ability to lift and move product and pallets weighing up to 75 lbs. This is a physical job.•Must have experience with route truck drivingExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to operate handheld scannerDOT Medical card (Preferred)
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00/hour paid bi-weekly
