Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager in Portland, OR

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Case Manager Job Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year required License: OR license required (can submit with it pending) Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Epic charting experience Job Description: - Position may float between units and affiliate hospitals nearby. - No on-call or weekend requirements. - Block schedules are not required. - Expected ratios are 1:20. - Will work in a short-term acute care facility with 536 total staff beds. - Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours. - Required to commit to working three of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. - Must request all time off and specific scheduling requests upfront during submission. - Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or time off may lead to termination of contract. - Providers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby. Refusal to float may result in termination. - If communication devices are required, the client will supply them. If not, monthly costs up to a defined amount will be reimbursed with proper documentation. - Non-billable modules average 16 hours; completion is required pre-start and annually. Time spent is self-reported and recorded in transcripts. - Must provide a minimum of two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting. - Must have experience with Epic charting.
