Reports to the Director of Human Resources in Southern California
Provides onsite HR support to our Mogadore, Ohio, manufacturing plant
Administers benefits, including new hire enrollments and reconciling benefits statements.Will be working daily with the Director of Operations.Is the first point of contact for all plant HR-related requests and questions.Perform daily walkabouts through the manufacturing plant, interacting with the team.Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll using PaylocityResponsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees.Assists with the administration of the performance review processHelps with recruitment and the interview process and schedules interviews.Tracks the status of candidates in the ATS.Be an expert in empathy and common sense.Assists with web-based training modules.Coordinates the administration of workers' compensation and unemployment insurance claims.Assists or prepares correspondence, files documents into appropriate employee files, and performs other HR clerical functions as requested.Maintains the Paylocity HRIS platform.Supports HR Director with employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary action, and other matters as required.Performs other related duties as assigned.Benefits

Education and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and equivalent experience.
•At least four years of related experience are required.
•SHRM or PHR credentials are preferred.
•Working in the Manufacturing industry is required.
•Experience with Paylocity HRIS is a big plus.
