This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:Learn how to work within a corporate environmentLearn about the exciting world of Fintech and the role FIS playsHear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunitiesBuild a network of your peers from across the organizationThis position is for a January 27, 2025 start.
About The Team
The Business Process Improvement Team serves the Value-Added Services division which focuses on products that supplement our client's payment products - e.g. fraud prevention, loyalty, disputes. This exciting team focuses on projects and efforts that improve the effectiveness of our product's operations, driving down cost, risk, client complaints and improving overall efficiency. We do this through innovations in technology such as AI, Analytics, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and other cutting edge automation technologies, business process improvements, etc. We love to solve problems and help drive the business forward.
What You Will Be Doing
Assisting to understand and document existing business processes in detail with an eye for opportunities for automation or streamliningLearn RPA development lifecycle and assist team to create automations for the businessCollaborating with business analysts, solution architects and developers on the best approach to improve business processes and the best technologies to incorporateBecome a SME in the landscape of automation/AI technologies and how to pair the best solution to the business problemCollaborate with business operations, product and other partners to identify additional opportunities for improving and/or automating business processesWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of studyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work well independently and within a teamBonus If You Have
Coding/Programming/Technical background in experience or educationPrior knowledge/experience with AI, RPA, or other automation technologiesDesire to learn development lifecyclesWhat We Offer You
