Job Summary:CoreVest is a leading private lender to residential real estate investors nationwide. We provide short-term financing for acquisitions and fix/flip projects and long- term loans for rental properties. We are seeking a Loan Closing Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the funding team in completing pre-closing and closing tasks; sending insurance requests to clients, ordering funding shield certs, preparing the internal lender instructions/advance documents.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Include the following but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.• Manages individual pipeline for CoreVest products including Bridge, DSCR, Term, Build for Rent and Multi Family Lending. Ensures the closing of the loan or funding of assets under a line of credit correspond to Lender's established timelines, regulations, and procedures• Coordinates with escrow companies and title agencies to obtain all Lender required funding conditions• Reviews and approves all funding conditions to ensure lender conditions are complete, consistent, and meet Lender requirements prior to close• Places order for insurance, title work and third party wire instruction verification• Reviews title documents, including deeds, title commitments/proformas, endorsements and related title items, closing statements, insurance policies and any additional requirements to make sure they conform to lender requirements necessary to issue a clear to close• Prepares advance documents and coordinates signature of the borrower• Coordinates signing appointments with settlement agents in timely matter• Ensures loan operation system is updated with the appropriate data and documents are uploaded to ensure data integrity• Provides continuous communication and reporting amongst internal and external clients• Provides weekly reporting internally to bridge team. Provides expected range of assets funding, status of closings and reviews prioritization• Participates in kick off calls to discuss funding processes/procedures with new borrowers/deals• Assists in closing of line of credit facilities• Additional duties as requested by management

Minimum Requirements:

Accommodations may be made to enable the individual with disabilities to ensure the individual can perform the essential functions and responsibilities.• Prior experience, 3-5 years preferred in Commercial or Residential Real Estate industry• College degree preferred, not required• Proficient in Escrow and Title process/procedures• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Salesforce experience• DocuSign experience• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume environment• Highly organized, strong time management skills, attention to detail• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Self - motivated and strong analytical skills• Thrives in a team environment and contributes to a collaborative culture

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is around $75 - $85K annually. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
