Essential Functions Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes. Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Unit Specific Details 5 bed ICU Vasopressors, blood, sedation, paralytics CVLs, temporary HD caths, Swan catheters, impella, balloon pump, CRRT Ventilator, bipap Patient population is underserved with multiple chronic co morbidities Support staff is RT, 2-3 nurses on unit Need to be very independent and confident with taking fresh post op CABG, AVR/MVR that may require balloon pump or impella Apply now for immediate consideration and more information We respond within 48 hours Know somebody else who may be interested in this position?
