As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar Inc., you will work from a variety of source documents to verify part numbers, part locations and quantities. In addition to counting parts and filling orders, you will conduct first line, basic quality assessment of parts for damage and defects.

Available Shifts:
We have several openings on multiple shifts starting at $17.75/hour! Our off shifts have additional premiums included!
Actual shift availability varies week by week and successful candidates will be started as soon as a position becomes available on their requested shift.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Utilizing heavy equipment, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts and overhead cranesPerform material handling and warehousing functionsOrder filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and suppliesOperating automated packaging equipment, paint line operation, shipping and receivingAll eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to any Caterpillar position:
Background ScreeningDrug ScreeningMedical ScreeningBasic Qualifications:
Ability to frequently lift and carry product weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutesAbility to push/pull product weighing up to 50 pounds for intervals of 10-15 minutesWork at heights of up to 30 feet from the floorAbility to drive order picker, reach truck and/or sit-down forklifts after training periodAbility to climb on and off order picker, reach truck and/or sit-down forklifts multiple times per dayWork in an environment with frequently changing temperaturesWalk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand up to 8+ hours per day on concrete floor with or without limited movementAbility to climb up and down ladders of 6 feet with handrailsAbility to work in an environment with noise levels averaging up to 85 db per 8 hoursAbility to work overtime as requested by employerAbility to complete training on a computer when required (this is primarily for safety and job-related training)Top Candidate Will Also Have:
Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experienceExperienced with operation of materials handling equipmentAdditional Information:
