Primary PurposeAre you passionate about data? Do you want to create next-generation reporting tools for ecommerce operations? As the Sr. Analyst, Ecommerce Fulfillment Reporting, you will manage a portfolio of Business Intelligence Products. Your mission is to improve the user experience and business results by creating world-class data infrastructure and enabling data-driven automated solutions and business insights. You will own the design, development, and management of our analytical tools and reporting.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, and Carlisle, PA.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain enterprise-level Business Intelligence reporting, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use.Lead efforts with support to integrate cutting-edge BI tools and technologies for advanced analytics and data management.Work in close partnership with various teams, including data engineering, product management and business teams, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data-driven projects.Provide insights, recommendations, and data-driven guidance to support senior management in decision-making.Follow Agile principles to increase speed and frequency of delivery by maintaining organized backlog.Establish baseline metrics and analytics. Collaborate with business customers and the leadership team to track and report key performance indicators (KPI) against goals.Perform regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics.Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools and empower teams across the organization to make data-driven decisions.Qualifications1-2 years of experience using data to synthesize actionable recommendations which improve efficiency and customer experience.Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.Experience in code scripting, such as SQL, Python, R.Strong business acumen, experience in developing reporting and analytical infrastructures, strong communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.Experience in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards.Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related fieldPreferred: Master's in Business Administration or Master's of Science in Computer Science, Analytics or related fieldPreferred Qualifications
Experience managing and optimizing data using Databricks or other big data tools such as DBT, Snowflake.Commitment to staying updated with the latest BI trends and technologies, ensuring the BI infrastructure remains efficient and effective.Experience in ecommerce fulfillment and/or supply chain preferred.Experience with iterative product development (Agile)
