Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Nurture a positive working environment and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus.track record of union avoidance
