Performance Tester

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with expertise in Load Runner and JMeter for performance testing on a range of applications, including SAP systems, Salesforce, and web applications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of load and stress testing methodologies to evaluate system behavior under different conditions and identify performance bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities Conduct load testing to evaluate system performance under expected load conditions. Measure key performance metrics, including response times, throughput, and resource utilization. Perform stress testing (optional) to determine system behavior under extreme conditions, identifying breaking points and failure conditions. Gradually increase load on systems to observe performance metrics and identify degradation or threshold breaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test scenarios and prepare appropriate test data. Analyze test results and provide insights for performance optimization. Required Qualifications 5 years of experience with Load Runner and JMeter, including test scenario scripting and data creation. Proven experience conducting performance testing on SAP systems, Salesforce, and web applications. Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements. Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of load and stress testing methodologies. Education: Bachelors Degree
