summary Company located in Clearwater, FL is hiring an experienced Powder Coater Job Details: Operate the Powder Coating booth and oven to finish aluminum parts, maintain consistent coverage and thickness for quality. PAY:$17-$19/hr depending on experience. Hours:Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Read operational/service manuals and documentation-refer to as needed -Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained in proper working in order. -Read and follow instructions for each type of powder, based on manufacturer recommendations. -Run the complete daily start up and shut down checklists for the oven, booth and workspace. -Maintain the Powder Coating booth and workspace clean and orderly to avoid cross-contamination of colors. -Coordinate with Supervisors on work orders and priorities. -You are expected to keep up with production demand and request assistance when needed. -The goal is to provide quality finishes with minimal waste of material and supplies.
