Vortex Optics is looking for a talented individual to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for both hardware and software issues.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issuesSet-up new hardware including monitors, desktops, and laptopsSet-up and manage user accountsGeneral network troubleshooting and configuration knowledgeRespond to and resolve help desk requests, escalating tickets as neededCreate and update documentation for internal processes as well as end user trainingAfter-hours support on-call rotationOther duties as assignedRequirements
2+ years of helpdesk experienceExperience providing with hardware and software supportExceptional customer serviceExcellent communication skillsStrong and demonstrable technical aptitude and initiativeStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsProficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office SuiteWhen you join Team Vortex, you'll enjoy:
