Primary Talent Partners has a media designer opportunity available with our client in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time W2 contract position with an initial duration of 12 months and potential for extension and/or conversion.Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr, no benefits or PTO included
We are seeking a skilled Media Designer to join our Learning Media team. This role involves processing, tracking, and fulfilling various media requests for Client Learning & Development and other departments. You will create a range of deliverables, including 2D and 360 videos, photographs, audio files, graphic designs, motion graphics, web designs, and 3D animations. Your work will play a vital role in developing training products and enhancing internal branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Request Fulfillment:
Manage and execute 4 to 15 media requests simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality media assets.Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, talent (including Executive Leadership and Client Agents), and other departments to understand and fulfill media requests.Production Management:
Conduct discovery calls to define project goals, timelines, and challenges.Oversee pre-production tasks including asset review, script development, and equipment preparation.Direct and operate equipment during production, including filming at various locations such as airports and corporate offices.
Post-Production:
Process, edit, and color-grade video and photographic content using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop).Manage audio processing and graphic design tasks.Familiarity with Blender and DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.
Distribution:
Finalize and load deliverables into designated platforms (e.g., ***Net, Elevate) following stakeholder review and approval.Equipment Management:
Maintain and manage all media production equipment, ensuring readiness for use.Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the status of media requests and present completed and in-progress projects to management.Qualifications:
Proven experience in media design, video production, and post-production.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite; familiarity with Blender and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Experience in a corporate or educational setting is preferred.
