Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:Team Management:Lead and manage a team of Talent & Culture HR Representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team effectiveness and productivity.
Compliance, Metrics, and Job Description Audit:Ensure Suvoda's compliance with local, state, and federal/country regulations and annual EEOC reporting, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary actions to maintain compliance.
Conduct the annual job description audit, combining compliance efforts with metrics analysis to ensure that job descriptions accurately reflect roles performed, are compliant with regulations, and align with market trends and organizational needs.
Systems and Processes:Maintain HR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity in all HR-related activities.
HR Support and Guidance:Provide support and guidance to HR staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment focused on continuous learning and development.
Employee LifecycleManage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding, including new hire paperwork and engagement through structured offboarding procedures, analysis, and tracking.
Collaboration:Partner with Talent Management employee relations, retention initiatives, and other HR-related activities, fostering strong relationships and alignment with organizational objectives.
Design training materials and slide decks for presentations and meetings, collaborating with Learning & Development to ensure alignment with performance management and educational objectives.
Collaborate with Talent & Culture leadership to conduct the performance management program, overseeing tracking, data compilation, and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Participate in the candidate interview process as needed, contributing insights and expertise to ensure the selection of top talent aligned with organizational needs and values.
Employee Initiatives and Programs:Assist in the development and rollout of new employee initiatives and programs, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being
Other Duties:Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing evolving organizational needs and priorities.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in Human ResourcesBachelor's Degree required, preferred degrees include human resources, psychology, or related fieldKnowledge of US federal and state leave and immigration lawsPrior progressive Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in a people manager roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic and critical thinking skillsAbility to manage multiple conflicting tasks and deadlines
