Position Overview:The Stadium Operations Intern will support the Wind Surge Stadium Operations department throughout the season. The position will include both game day and non-game day event duties. The ideal candidate is a strong, energetic communicator with the ability to work in a team environment, have an eagerness to learn, and possess the flexibility to adapt to what each day brings with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ballpark, ensuring all areas are prepared for game days and eventsSupport the setup and breakdown of game-day operations, including seating, concessions, and signageHelp coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and operationalAssist in managing game-day logistics, including crowd control, event coordination, and staff supportWork closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient stadium experience for fans and staffGain exposure to stadium safety protocols, guest services, and operational managementOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate a plusKnowledge of baseball a plusStrong time management, communication, and organization skillsAbility to supply excellent customer service to all clients and fansProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail oriented and comfortable with salesFamiliarity with a ticketing system preferredProblem solving and conflict management skillsPositive attitude
