Site Management : Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is completed on schedule.Team Supervision : Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction staff, ensuring productivity and safety.Quality Assurance : Inspect work for adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and building codes.Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Material Management : Oversee the delivery and use of materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction site and project stakeholders, including clients and project managers.Progress Monitoring : Track and report on project progress, including delays, changes, and budget adherence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
