You're a proactive problem-solver who values precision and thrives in fast-paced environments. You're always two steps ahead, spotting risks before they become problems and optimizing processes to keep everything running smoothly. With a deep sense of ownership, you're committed to producing high-quality work and collaborating with others to make it happen.
Your Background
You'll need a few basics to start:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Between 0-5 years of relevant experience (we welcome early-career professionals ready to grow with us). Strong analytical and communication skills to distill complex data into meaningful insights. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other essential software tools. The ability to work well with diverse teams and handle multiple priorities. US Work Authorization and the ability to obtain a security clearance. And here are a few bonuses that would make you an even better fit:
Familiarity with government contracting or knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). A Master's degree in a related field. Skills in specialized tools for accounting, forecasting, and pricing in a government contractor setting. What You'll Do

Risk Assessment : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks alongside project managers. Your foresight will help us navigate challenges before they arise. Performance Analysis : Dive into the numbers, analyzing performance metrics to uncover insights that drive improvement. You'll communicate findings with project teams and leadership. Documentation : Maintain project documentation with rigor and accuracy, ensuring our data meets the highest standards for compliance and excellence. Compensation & Benefits
We value your contribution and offer a competitive compensation package:
