You will work closely with the Levy Regional Technology team, vendors, partner technology contacts, and other Levy departments to ensure that all Levy software and hardware systems are functioning properly, facilitating the best experience for our client and our customers. Implementing the 'best' technology solutions is a key component to our success.Short DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide hardware support and troubleshooting including, but not limited to:Laptops, Desktops, Printers, ServersPoint of Sale hardware: Terminals, credit card devices, printers, tablets, etc.Provide software support and troubleshooting for office and point of sale systems Assist with system installations, maintenance, and upgradesOpen and track support tickets with POS vendor when neededLong DescriptionRequired Skills:Technical:Solid understanding of the relationship between hardware and softwareAbility to troubleshoot software and hardware issuesUnderstanding of routers and switchesUnderstanding of TCP/IP - Static, DHCP, Subnets, etc.Understanding of Active DirectoryWorking knowledge of wireless technologyProficient with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus but not requiredGeneral:Available to work multiple shifts (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, & holidays)Ability to work long shiftsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently without close supervisionAbility to lift up to 30 poundsApply to Levy todayLevy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
