General Manager Role, Upper Midwest
We are working with a well known agricultural equipment company to help them find a new General Manager for their location in the
Upper Midwest . The G.M is responsible for driving sales growth. This role involves leading store personnel and supporting critical sales functions, including planning, reporting, setting goals and quotas, training, and implementing sales programs to enhance equipment, parts, and service sales.
What makes this position unique?
This is a single location ag equipment dealership position. So, what makes this position unique? This location will be the company's flagship location for the state. The G.M. will play a key role in site scouting, and in hiring store managers and store personnel for other stores that the company plans to open throughout the state, providing visibility throughout the company.

The company will pay 100% of benefits costs for the G.M. and his / her entire family.
Benefits cost $0 for the entire family.
The pay is ultra-competitive.
The company will pay for relocation.
Experience required:
Must have ag equipment dealership store manager experience, preferably 5+ years.
