Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience/training• 4 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments• 2+ years Microservice framework / REST development with Spring Framework
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience• 6 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience• 2+ years of Kubernetes Services with deep understanding of Container Orchestration and Distributed System ConceptsSkills, Licenses & Certifications• Proficiency in Full Stack Development• Proficiency and demonstrated experience in the following technologies:o J2EE technologies: Java11+, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJBo Cloud-based development: Kubernetes and Dockero Web Servers: Tomcat, Websphereo Web Services: REST/SOAP (JSON/WSDL/XML)o Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Booto Build/deployment tools: Maven, Git, Junit, Mockitoo Other Dev Ops Toolchain: GitHub and Azure DevOps Azure Data explorer, and Elastic Searcho Other: Linux/Unix shell Scripting, IBM MQ/Rabbit MQ, Redis Cache• Experience with TDD and BDD development pattern• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles• Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM• Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
