So, if you are looking to expand your resume, advance your career, and make your dreams a reality Divergent Marketing is the company for you!Marketing and Sales Associate Responsibilities:Resolve customer questions and concerns by providing accurate and reliable information using given tools and trainingBuild brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing and sales strategies with the assistants of our marketing and sales representativesFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in order to design and maintain a favorable public image for clientsAssist in the daily growth and development of our clients by working with our sales team to learn how to increase our clients return on investment and generate company revenueReport directly to the Marketing and Sales Management team with feedback and results to drive revenue and salesAid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by cultivating an exemplary consumer experienceDevelop comprehensive knowledge of all our client’s products, services, and any deals or sales promotionsMarketing and Sales Associate Requirements:Able to work full-time hours and weekendsAdapt well to change, both in sales mentality and with customersSelf-starter with the ability to shine in unsupervised individual tasks as well as team projectsFriendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanorBusiness enthusiast with a basic understanding of the sales process and finalizing deals
