Senior Copywriter.

Fabletics, Global active-lifestyle brand, is seeking a Sr. copywriter with a knack for storytelling to join its Fabletics Scrubs brand marketing team. As the Senior Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in crafting original and engaging copy for a wide range of integrated marketing campaigns across all Fabletics Scrubs marketing channels. In this position you will report to the Brand Marketing Director and collaborate closely with design, marketing business owners, and other creative team members to develop messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will take charge of defining and maintaining the brand voice for Fabletics Scrubs, ensuring it resonates consistently across all touch points. Your ability to understand and translate brand strategy into engaging content will be key to driving customer engagement and helping establish the Fabletics Scrubs brand.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer and editor, adept at producing catchy campaign taglines, persuasive marketing emails, website content, e-commerce materials, retail collateral, social media content, and much more. A keen eye for detail, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects are essential qualities for this role.

You will report to the
Director of Marketing, Fabletics Scrubs
What you will do:Establish and maintain the Fabletics Scrubs brand voice across all touchpoints-including campaign taglines, site, email, social media, retail, style naming, color naming, product descriptions, and moreWork collaboratively in a highly cross-functional environment to ideate and develop engaging copy for all online and offline marketing assetsManage all copy projects to completion, including owning the proofreading, editing processDemonstrate complete mastery over grammatical rules and conventionsDocument copy strategy, best practices, and winsWhat you can bring:
4-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in the lifestyle, fashion, retail, or medical/healthcare space, with the ability to channel a contemporary brand voiceSuperior command of grammar, spelling, and usage with laser-sharp attention to detailExperience with standard concepts and best practices that drive direct response marketingPerforms well under pressure and effectively handles tight deadlines, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with key stakeholders and manage multiple projectsA stickler for process with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skillsBA in English, journalism, or related field is a plusNice to have, but we'll teach you:
Knowledge of the scrubs, medical apparel, or healthcare space and how to communicate and write compelling copy that resonates with its customers

The annual base salary range for this position is from
$75,600-$100,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
