Job Summary:
The Manager of Talent Development will be responsible for leading and managing the performance management and promotion programs within the organization. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous feedback and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and oversee the global, enterprise-wide performance management & career progression programs to align with business goals and foster employee development, including goal planning, feedback & coaching, promotion, calibration, and year-end performance evaluation.Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and HR COE teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of the performance management & career progression programs.Develop and deliver training and support resources for COEs, managers, and employees on performance management and career progression systems, processes, and best practices.Collaborate with people insights teams to assess talent data and provide valuable metrics and insights related to the performance & career progression processes to HR teams and business leaders.Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve the effectiveness of performance management and promotion systems, processes, and tools.Work closely with global talent teams to ensure alignment of talent development initiatives across the organization.Partner with HR Ops/HRIS teams to leverage tools and systems that support talent development programs.Serve as a subject matter expert on performance management trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to HR and leadership.Support additional talent development programs as needed-career development, talent reviews, engagement, mentorship, and team / leadership effectiveness.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years' of progressive program management experience within talent development or learning & development.Minimum of 2 years' experience managing complex, large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of performance management systems and tools, Workday system experience preferred.Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.Benefits and Perks

As required by the New York City Human Rights Law, Cboe provides a reasonable range of minimum base salary for roles that may be performed in New York City. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, level of experience, etc. For New York City only, the range of starting base salary for this role is $104,000-$173,000. Additional incentive compensation and benefits may be available.
