Oil and Gas Attorney (2-3 Years Experience)Location: Frisco, TexasSalary: $85,000 - $100,000 (plus bonuses)Full Benefits ProvidedWe are looking for a motivated and experienced attorney to join our team, specializing in oil and gas law. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the industry, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients succeed.Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on oil and gas legal issues, including contracts, land titles, and regulatory complianceDraft and review oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, and other related contractsRepresent clients in negotiations and mediations related to oil and gas transactionsConduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant case law and regulationsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies and resolve legal disputesProvide clear, concise legal guidance to clients regarding oil and gas law matters
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in oil and gas lawStrong drafting, research, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple matters simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLicensed to practice law in Texas
