We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee high-rise, multi-tenant office buildings within our expanding portfolio.

Position Summary

The Senior Property Manager will lead the management day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relationships for high-rise, multi-tenant office properties. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong communication skills to ensure property efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and the implementation of strategic initiatives. The Senior Property Manager will collaborate closely with ownership, asset management, and leasing teams to drive value and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations & LeadershipLead all aspects of property management for high-rise, multi-tenant office buildings. Oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, and janitorial services to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.Tenant Relations & RetentionFoster strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement and innovative retention strategies. Act as the main point of contact for tenant concerns, move-ins, and move-outs.Financial OversightPrepare and manage annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and CAM reconciliations. Drive property profitability through effective cost management and income optimization.Contract & Vendor ManagementOversee RFP processes, bid analysis, and contract negotiations for service vendors. Ensure all contracts align with property needs and financial goals.Capital Projects & ImprovementsManage tenant improvements, capital improvement projects, and construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Lease Administration & ComplianceEnsure accurate lease administration and compliance with lease terms. Track key lease dates, requirements, and obligations.CollaborationPartner with leasing and asset management teams to support leasing initiatives, renewals, and long-term planning. Work collaboratively to achieve property-wide objectives.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with specific experience managing high-rise, multi-tenant office buildings.California Real Estate Salesperson license required.CPM, RPA, or CACM certification preferred.Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of budgeting, accrual accounting, and financial analysis.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with MRI and AVID software is a plus.
