Role Summary & Our A-Player Defined: We're excited to introduce a new role in our company, created to support our growth and help us navigate this exciting expansion phase. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the growth of our online presence, enhance community engagement, and drive brand awareness across all social platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, engaging with our audience, and analyzing performance. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social efforts with broader marketing goals and business growth. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand vision. Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories that resonate with the target audiences. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media platforms for a consistent and active presence. Post regularly, collaborating with our team to ensure high-quality multimedia content. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with the online community. Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts on business outcomes. Social Media Approval & Coordination: Approve social media posts and work on client-focused content, such as interviews and promotions, based on directives from upper management. Coordinate content creation and promotional efforts in line with quarterly newsletters. Campaign Management & Paid Ads: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including paid digital ads, to achieve business objectives. Work on posts, tracking performance and adjusting campaigns to enhance effectiveness. Sales, Events, and Client Promotions: Collaborate with the sales teams to align social media messaging with campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Support event marketing through social platforms, driving participation and awareness. Email Marketing & Content Marketing Support: Contribute to email marketing campaigns to ensure messaging aligns with social media strategies. Assist with content creation for blogs, articles, and other marketing efforts. Trend Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates, incorporating new features and strategies into the overall social media plan. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Deep understanding of various social platforms, their features, and their audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for content. Proficiency with online marketing strategies and tools, including social media management platforms and analytics tools. Experience with paid social media campaigns and performance tracking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
