Tax Senior/Reviewer
to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and review, with expertise in individual, partnership, and S-corporation tax returns. This role involves mentoring junior associates, reviewing their work for accuracy, and building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual, partnership, S-corporation, and trust tax returnsMentor and oversee junior associates, ensuring accuracy and complianceManage and strengthen client relationships, providing tax planning and advisory servicesEnsure all tax filings comply with federal and state regulationsCollaborate with the tax team to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years in public accounting, with a focus on tax preparation and reviewEducation/Certifications:
Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or working toward an EA or CPA certificationExpertise in individual, partnership, trust and S-corporation returnsStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and review junior staffExcellent client-facing skills and a passion for delivering exceptional serviceProficiency in tax software (experience with ProFx or similar preferred)
