Ability and desire to run client engagements from start to finish, includes planning, executing, directing, and completing audits, reviews, and compilations and managing to budgetPrepare, draft financial statements, and note disclosuresSupervise and train staff auditors and interns in the audit and review processIdentify problem areas and client issues and propose solutions to supervisors, managers, and partnersDevelop and maintain great professional relationships with client staffUp to date on standards and regulations and assist in communicating and implementing changes in the department
Experience :
Auditing: 5 years (Required)Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required)License/Certification: CPA (Preferred)
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in accountingMaster's in accounting or eligible to sit for the CPA Exam (preferred)5 years experience in public accountingKnowledge of GAAPCPA certification or in process of obtaining certificationAbility to supervise/lead projects, multi-task, think independently, and problem solveVerbal and written communications skillsComputer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookOrganizational and time management skills Experience in the CIRA industry (preferred)
