Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation.2. Conduct extensive legal research to support cases, draft legal documents, and develop litigation strategies.3. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate through complex commercial disputes.4. Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.5. Negotiate settlements in civil litigation cases, mediating between parties to resolve disputes.6. Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.7. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and legal advice.8. Keep up-to-date with changes in law and new legal precedents that could impact ongoing cases.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Must be a member in good standing with the local State Bar.3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Litigation Attorney.4. Proven track record of success in commercial litigation.5. Exceptional ability in legal research, legal writing, and mediation.6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex disputes.7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and guide clients effectively.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.9. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards.10.
