Labor & Employment Attorney Requirements:
1 years litigation experience preferredExperience or interest in Labor & Employment lawExperience in whistleblowers, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract, workplace investigations preferred but not requiredExperience in written discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitrations preferredPre-trial and/or direct trial experience in state and federal mattersExceptional writing and research skillsStrong academic background ABA- Accredited Law SchoolAbility to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial environmentLicensed in CA in good standing
