Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual who has a keen interest in mechanics and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Machinist, your duties will include but are not limited to:1. Operating and maintaining various machines including CNC Lathes and Mills to produce high-quality parts.2. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and requirements of each task.3. Conducting quality control checks consistently to ensure that all parts meet the required standards and specifications.4. Utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect and measure parts for accuracy and adherence to specified tolerances.5. Performing Manual Machining tasks as required, demonstrating a high level of skill and precision.6. Troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.7. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.8. Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize workflow and improve overall operational efficiency.Qualifications:To qualify for this role, you must possess:1. A minimum of 7-10

years of experience as a Machinist in the manufacturing industry.2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining lathes and mills. Working with DOOSAN, HAAS, WEILER , DAHLIH CNC mill w/SHARP3. Extensive experience in manual machining and precision measurement.4. A strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.5. Demonstrated experience in quality control, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly.7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.8.
