$100,000 - $150,000 per yearJob Description:We are looking for a talented and driven Estate Planning Attorney to join our reputable firm in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2 years of experience in estate planning, and litigation experience is a plus. If you are passionate about helping clients navigate their estate planning needs, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents.Advise clients on estate, tax, and business succession planning strategies.Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information for effective planning.Assist with the probate process and represent clients in probate litigation, if applicable.Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning; litigation experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of estate planning principles and tax implications.Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
