As a Permanent Project Accountant, you will be responsible for managing budgets for multiple residential projects, updating project status, managing vendors, and coordinating with clients. Responsibilities: Budget Management: Track project costs, update projections, and prepare reports for executive management. Project Analysis: Analyze project financials, maintain project dashboards, and effectively communicate project status to management. Invoice Processing & Approval: Review and approve Construction Draws (G702/G703) and consultant invoices from multiple vendors. Contract Compliance: Review and manage change orders, vendor contracts, and schedules to ensure compliance. Project Management: Participate in hands-on project management, including coordinating with clients, managing vendors, and tracking milestones to ensure receipt of deliverables. You will also be required to visit with clients to coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverable. Background Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3+ years of Project Accounting experience, related to construction or homebuilding industry - Ideally high end residential and/or custom home building.
Reviewing and/or compiling construction / bank draws (G702/G703).
Microsoft Excel experience is needed for this role.
