Probate Litigation Attorney
for their
Los Angeles office . This is a unique opportunity for an attorney to grow professionally in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of trust and probate litigation matters.Draft, review, and file petitions, pleadings, and motions.Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in trials.Provide strategic legal advice to trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust litigation matters.Stay updated on California trust and estate law developments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of trust and probate litigation experience

book of business
are encouraged to apply)Must be Bar licensed in California, in good standingExcellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong courtroom presence and client advocacy skills.Must reside
