WhiteCap Search is looking to fill a new role on the Credit Team of a respected Asset Management company. This floating Executive/Administrative Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to grow and learn from senior level EA's across the team. This role will work 4 days in the New York City office from 9am - 6pm, with light OT offered and competitive compensation and benefits!

Compensation : $80000 - $100000

Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and off-sitesArrange complex travel plans and compose detailed itineraries, obtain necessary travel documents and visa coordinationScreen a large volume of incoming calls and greet guests in a professional and courteous mannerUpdate DealCloud with relevant meetingsAllocate and process expenses for executives using the Concur expense management systemHandle recruitment coordination and logistics for new employees on the teamCompose strategic communications and correspondence related to all projects and on behalf of executives. Edit for accuracy and clarity of final copyBe available and reachable for occasional question or concern outside work hoursCoordinate closely with team and other assistants to provide back-up coverageEstablish, develop, maintain and update filing systemPerform other related general administrative tasks as assigned and requiredsend and track priority mail

Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong initiative and ownership of responsibilitiesExemplary interpersonal skills - tact, diplomacy, and poise are a mustSuperb written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detailTeam-oriented and collaborative attitudeExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and office administrative procedures and equipmentExperience leading collaborative Admin teams is requiredExperience in the finance industry is preferred but not requiredDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
