Job Summary
The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to oversee all marketing efforts and marketing budget for the Aircraft Sales and charter management departments in addition to managing all Western Aircraft marketing efforts specific to Pilatus OEM requirements. Additionally, the manager will lead trade show logistics, lead processing, administrative assistance, advertising budget, and oversee the creation and procurement of marketing materials with our providers.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies including social media in support of aircraft sales, aircraft management and aircraft charterAnalyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analyses and marketing best practices to build successful strategiesPlan and execute trade shows, brand events or product launchesIdentify potential new markets and create a plan to enter those marketsManage the overall marketing budget for aircraft sales and charterManage and update company website pages for aircraft sales and charter groupsCompose marketing literature to enhance the company's presence in the marketContract, design and oversee the development of ad layouts>
Qualifications & Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketingMinimum of 5 years' experience in marketing requiredPrefer 2+ years in marketing managementDemonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, website management & market analysisProficient in MS Office, including spreadsheet creation and tracking, database management and reportingProficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Prefer working knowledge of Salesforce>

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. Requires sitting for 6-8 hours a day. Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screens. Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.Available Benefits
