What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health

Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.

The Solutions Operations Consultant role is responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns to effectively promote consultative services and solutions across the pharmaceutical segment to target audiences, both internal and external. This role is a key player in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement with solutions including PSAO Services, Cardinal HealthTM Reconciliation, Reimbursement Consulting Services, Cardinal HealthTM Medical Benefit Billing, Cardinal HealthTM Point-of-Care Testing, Immunization Solutions, and others.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies:

This includes creating content for various channels, managing social media and web presence, developing email campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging

Own medium to large-sized projects:

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, planning, and executing projects related to marketing and communication initiatives

Translate complex information into clear and concise messaging:

You will be able to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences, ensuring understanding and engagement

Manage solution resources:

You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our solution resources ensuring consistency and a strong brand presence

Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns:

You will be responsible for generating innovative ideas and executing campaigns that effectively reach our target audiences and drive results

Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement:

You will track key metrics and use data to inform future marketing strategies

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices:

You will be a proactive learner, constantly seeking new ways to improve our marketing efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

5-8 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferred

Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in various marketing tools and platforms

Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects

Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models

Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope

Projects may have significant and long-term impact

Provides solutions which may set precedent

Independently determines method for completion of new projects

Receives guidance on overall project objectives

Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated salary range:

$103,500-$147,900
