Sr IT Compliance Analyst
Are you passionate about privacy laws and security standards? We’re seeking a Senior IT Compliance Analyst to join our team! As a key player, you’ll ensure our organization adheres to privacy regulations while maintaining robust security practices. Your responsibilities will include:
-Privacy Compliance: Incorporate global privacy laws (such as GDPR) into our operations.
-Risk Management: Build lasting relationships with IT and business teams to ensure systems and applications comply with regulations.
-Security Audit Support: Assist with ISO and SOC audits.

Key Skills and Experience: -Drive compliance with regulations (ISO, SOC, PCI, GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc.)
-Handle privacy compliance inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
-Develop and track data protection metrics.
-Assess controls for privacy compliance and address deficiencies.
-Prepare data inventories and privacy documentation.
-Stay informed about evolving laws and standards.
-Collaborate with internal and external privacy and legal attorneys.
-Provide expert level support for compliance and privacy matters.
-Partner with business areas for IS Security Risk/Compliance.
-Manage the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.
-Develop and maintain compliance policies and standards.
-Assist resource owners in addressing audit failures.
-Foster strong relationships with business partners.
-Support certification audits and drive process improvements.
Lead and educate -Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Compliance Analyst with expertise in a wide range of privacy and regulatory laws and best practices. -Industry certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or CISA are considered beneficial. -Proven track record in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
