Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA and EIT partner with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities it builds address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing its activities, GRA and EIT drive innovation, process improvement andautomation.&

The Infrastructure & Application Management (IAM) team within EIT is responsible for managing the organization’s platform infrastructure. The team defines and executes the technology roadmap in alignment with the target state vision, addresses critical technology pain points, establishes remediation plans, and oversees the end-to-end infrastructure testing framework

Role Overview:

• The Senior Business Analyst is accountable for analyzing new requirements and translating those requirements into clear vision for our technology partners. Gather and document business requirements/design and assess requirements for applications and business processes impacted and evaluate requirements in terms of work involved and proposed split between EIT and EIT Technology as well as alignment to target business processes. The Senior Business Analyst will ensure on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones and follow proper escalation paths.

• This role also entails applying technical and business knowledge to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems with participation in design, development, and implementation of enhancements to our technologies and/or processes.

• We are seeking candidates with subject matter expertise in areas of gathering and documenting business requirements, who maintains strong customer relationships with key internal/external partners and partnerships with EIT Technology Leadership, and has a proven track record of seamlessly leading and executing enterprise-wide initiatives.

• The role requires strategic and critical thinking and willingness to dig into the details of both technology features available in the existing test platform and new technology enhancement requirements to ensure they are fit for purpose. The candidate must be a strong communicator and able to effectively explain the rationale and details of the methodologies to a broad set of audiences that include key senior stakeholders across the Bank

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Business Administration, Finance, IT, Process, Operations Research

• 7 + years of relevant work experience (5+ if holds a Masters Degree)

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment bridging the gap between users and Technology.

• Experience of using Agile software development tools (e.g.JIRA/Confluence)

• Experience in documentation of user guide, procedures, and process map

• Experience of working with Data integration team

• Experience in testing the business functions and processes on Information Systems, coordinating, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$120,000.00 - $178,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
