Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $89,000.00 - $105,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to manage the Treasury Management implementation team, oversee department workflow, and communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members, market partners, and leadership.
Essential Functions
Understand and improve on department processes and functions that impact results. Drive process improvements and interact with other teams to drive changes.
Lead meetings with leadership across business lines surrounding key performance metrics related to the implementation quality and timelines
Review, update, and deliver weekly and/or monthly associate performance objectives and align conversations
Review, update, and deliver monthly team scorecards to Treasury Implementation leadership
Develop and maintain process and procedures for all Treasury Implementation solutions
Work directly with vendors or internal partners for collaborative implementations that impact different payment solutions, and ensure accountability for agreed upon SLA’s and quality of work
Workforce management to maximize capacity for coverage to meet workload and service level agreements (SLA)
Oversee, mentor and motivate team members to implement the department strategy and department workflow with guidance on departmental projects/issues, and provide coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report's individual needs
Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, annual increase allocations and disciplinary action as required
Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to team members effectively
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Advanced understanding of Treasury contract language, operating rules, regulations and requirements, as well as various modes of processing; including knowledge of best practices
Ability to guide, influence, and lead collaborative engagement with other departments and varying levels of management (internal and external)
Ability to handle conflict and high stress levels in a professional manner
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgement to efficiently and effectively solve problems
Ability to develop and coach team members with proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and teamwork
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
5+ years Treasury Solutions or Commercial Payments industry experience required
2+ years leadership/supervisory experience required
Project management, implementations, and/or portfolio management experience preferred
*Hybrid Schedule: In office 3 days per week

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $89,000 to $105,000 annually.
