Retention Bonus:
$500 after 30 days, $500 after 1 year
$500 after 6 months, Additional lump sum after 2 years.

Hourly Full-Time (2nd Shift – Monday-Friday & some Saturdays) must be able to work any shift

0.1 Clamp Truck Operators locate and transport roll stock to the corrugating machines, and perform other service functions to support corrugating operations.
0.2 Starch/Clamp Truck Operators report to the corrugator shift supervisor for the shift to which they are assigned, but also take direction from any shift Supervisor as needed.
1.0 Clamp Truck Operator duties/responsibilities include:
1.1 - following all safety rules and practices;
1.2 - reading run line ups, corrugating schedules, and other documents to insure customer requirements;
1.3 - locating and moving roll stock from the roll storage areas to the corrugating machines;
1.3a - unload RR cars and properly stage into the proper designated bays, and properly into the KIWI rollstock data entry system;
1.4 - preparing RR cars for proper removal and staging of the new cars into the RR bay;
1.5 - maintaining organized inventories, record all movements into KIWI to maintain proper location access;
1.6 - communicating line-up information and changes to other shifts;
1.7 - working with shipping associates for the efficient loading and unloading or rollstock when received/shipping via tractor trailer;
1.8 - the proper use and consumption of the roll stock via the daily use of the KIWI pick listing;
1.9 - keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and/or unusual situations;
1.10 - maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping;
1.11 - maintaining teamwork with the corrugator machine crews and other associates;
1.12 - following prescribed practices in all circumstances; and
1.13 - performing other duties as assigned by supervision.
1.14 - understands the importance of producing food-safe packaging products and committing to contributing and maintaining this facility as a food-safe processing environment. This commitment includes operational methods and personnel practices, maintenance practices, and cleaning practices involved in the everyday production of food contact products.

The Qualifications for Clamp Operator are:
the ability to perform the duties / responsibilities of the job with or without accommodation; the ability to read, write, and speak English; the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; the ability to use basic shop math; the ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
