Job Description:
Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with expertise in OT Systems within digital manufacturing. We value diversity and inclusion and invite candidates from all backgrounds to apply and help us drive innovation through outstanding perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities, bringing different perspectives to achieve success.
Engage with CPG clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and outstanding challenges, promoting solutions that align with their values.
Design and present customized solutions that address client challenges, ensuring that accessibility and inclusivity are coordinated into our approach.
Offer expert mentorship on Plant Operational Technology, SCADA/PLC, OT Networking, EDGE, Operations Copilot (AI/ML), and MES/MOM systems during sales engagements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations that are tailored to a wide range of audiences.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with comprehensive technical proposals that consider the diverse needs of our clients.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all perspectives are considered and valued.
Contribute to sales strategies by offering technical insights and recommendations that reflect a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and events to showcase Capgemini's innovative and inclusive offerings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners from a variety of backgrounds.
Assist in developing sales materials and technical documentation.
Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions, ensuring diverse perspectives are incorporated.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also encouraged.
Proven 10 years of experience in the CPG industry digital thread, including business, process, IT systems, and data.
Experience with Plant OT, MES/MOM, and IoT or Industry 4.0 technologies.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Familiarity with cloud computing, edge technologies, and cybersecurity in OT environments.
Certifications in relevant technologies or sales methodologies are a plus.
