As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Operations Worker at our Sergeant Bluff, ID location. This position is responsible for activities associated with the receiving, storage, handling, packaging, shipping and application of raw materials, products, goods and services.
This position is a day shift (6a-6p) Monday-Friday role that will have Seasonal night shift (6p-6a) requirements. All incumbents must have day shift and night shift availability!
Key Responsibilities
Ensures compliance and active participation in all relevant safety and environmental programsReceives, stores, cares for, processes, packages, distributes and applies products and services within the facility or customers location to include housekeeping and upkeepPerforms basic quality inspections and records operational dataPerform accurate input duties using company operating systems and programsOperates and maintains various types of mobile and fixed equipmentWhat is expected of you and others at this level
Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experienceWorks within established proceduresCompletes work with a moderate degree of supervisionMinimum
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required1-2 years' relevant experience requiredPhysical Requirements and Working Environment
Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of timeAbility to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 poundsMust be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feetWorks indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperaturesWorking conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfacesBenefits:
