About the job Nurse Practitioner- Wound Care - Part time Korzen Health is working with Alton Memorial Hospital and Healogics in regards to adding a Part time Certified Nurse Practitioner to the program in the Alton, IL area.Healogics has been treating patients with chronic wounds for over 25 years, from over 600 hospital-based wound care centers across the country. Today, Healogics treats over 300,000 wound care patients a year and has healed nearly 4M wounds. Healogics is the expert in wound healing.Scope of Practice Includes:This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position.Our Wound Care Center includes:- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!- Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.- Provider will average around 10-15 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.-We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:Cellulitis therapyCompression therapyHyperbaric oxygen therapyInfection management and preventionWound cleaningWound dressing- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL- Center hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm- 20-30 hours a week- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.- Compensation Model is hourly- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.- Opportunity for growth within leadership.Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:IL State licenseMust be Certified Nurse PractitionerMust have 1 year of NP experienceNP procedure experience i.e. Sutures/I&DPlease Apply to learn more....!
