Responsibilities

Fast Track Partner Program

•Learn the career through 6-12 months of production•Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner•Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position•Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds•Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements•Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals•Work with established partners and mentor-ship to achieve success•Build a team that can provide the education and service of clients in multiple areas of finance•Work directly with a top-notch service team in place to assist

Qualifications

•Experience working in sales is required•Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field•Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency are a bonus•Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful•Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional•Prefer industry experience•Insurance License preferred•Series 6 and Series 63 preferred•Self-motivated and natural leaders are preferred
