Job DetailsLevelExperiencedJob LocationOrem, UT - Orem, UTPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftSecondDescriptionGeneral Description:As a Flexible Packaging Finishing Press Operator, you will follow proper SOPs for all varnishes, laminates, and slitting of printed and non-printed roll stock and pouches to meet the production standards related to customer specifications. Your primary objectives are to improve quality, eliminate rework and claims, and improve efficiency of the Flexible Packaging Department while also providing the best customer experience and lead times.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.Follow proper SOPs as instructed.Ensure high quality operation of Finishing equipment. Operate finishing equipment in a safe manner with a high level of quality and attention to detail.Ensure compliance to all principles and standards for finishes (Thermal, Lamination, OPV) and slitting.
