Our team delivers memorable event experiences across Minnesota, whether for weddings, corporate gatherings, or in-flight dining.
About the Role:
We are seeking an Event Sales Professional with a passion for networking and a knack for building strong client relationships. In this role, you’ll manage leads, conduct client consultations, and work closely with venue managers and our operations teams. We’re looking for someone who’s active in networking groups and city organizations, representing Mintahoe and building connections to help drive event sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
:
Promptly respond to inquiries, nurture client relationships, and guide clients through the booking process.
Conduct thorough consultations to match client needs with our venue and catering options.
Create custom proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure bookings.
Actively promote our venues and services across multiple markets.
Network at city group meetings, industry events, and other gatherings to foster community connections and build the Mintahoe brand.
Requirements:
What You Bring
:
2+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven success in networking, with established connections in city or business groups.
Strong negotiation skills and experience with CRM software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
